Cost: The $1,000,000 investment plus legal and application fees of $10,000–20,000.

No permit term of its own; the clock runs on legal residence.

Permanent residence for a USD 1 million investment after a period of legal residence on another permit (one year per the program file, five per the investment board); it ends there, as Seychelles no longer naturalises by residence.
There is no realistic way from residence to citizenship here; permanence is where this road ends.

The law behind these dates

Time you must spend there: The program sets no minimum number of days. Renewal still expects it to be your home.
Tax: Seychelles taxes on a territorial basis: foreign-source income stays outside the local tax net, with no capital gains, inheritance or wealth tax.
