What it takes.

Time
The Migration Service decides after the company registration, business authorization, tax certificate and applicant records form a complete Class II file.
Cost
US$150 for issuance and US$150 for an extension under the Migration Service schedule.
The hard part
Genuine commercial registration, tax compliance and the annual physical-presence requirement.

If your first permit is issued in 2027 and you keep living there, this is the road.
